West Liberty Children's Festival

On September 22, 2008, Owl Glass Puppetry Center and the West Liberty Chamber of Commerce will co-sponsor the 12th annual West Liberty Children'sFestival. As usual, the West Liberty Public Library will take an active part!  From 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M, Spencer St. will be closed to traffic as children's activities, food vendors, and games take over the street. Ongoing performances will take place on a stage near the West Liberty Public Library. This year's festival features performances by musicians, storytellers, and of course, the Eulenspiegel Puppet Theatre. Posters and T-shirts will be for sale.
